Women at the Intersection of Art and Science – Lloyd Library 20/20 Series – Postponed

Aging and Memory through the Lens of Science and Literature. This presentation will focus on various pieces of modern-day literature composed by scientifically-trained, female writers, including neuroscientist and bestselling author of Still Alice, Lisa Genova, and gerontologist and author of Olive Kitteredge, Elizabeth Strout. How did they use their understanding of science to approach their stories? The presentation will be led by computer scientist-turned writer, Annette Januzzi Wick, author of I’ll Have Some of Yours.
